server crash and cant file ticket

so, the entire server and all that are merged with S37 ceruna gorge just disconnected everyone, we lost ladders and dungeons and stuff, and when i try to file a ticket it says i cannot file and to fix the errors :/ i have no clue what else to do other than post on forums for help, ive tried 15 times to post the ticket and none prevailing. please help

okay ticket got filed but i couldnt put a screenshot with it and i cant post it on here either :/ i have no clue why D;

and now if i view my ticket it reposts my last reply everytime i view it O.o

The error with the image attachments is due to either being the wrong format (the forum and tickets like jpg format, though some say png will work to) or being too large (there is a size limit for both).

I'm not sure what you mean by the ticket reposts your last reply when you view it.. A screenshot would help there.
