stuck after choosing player to log in

I cant't seem to get past the log in after choosing the char to log in with. is there some problem with log in? this has been going on since last saturday the 2nd of march 2013. please help solve issue.

It may be due to a need to delete cookies/cache and/or restart your browser. If this doesn't work, I would suggest trying a different browser.
