I'm not sure if this is actually a bug, and I know many rogues will argue against me for posting this, but I think that Devoid (combat rogue's eidolon skill) should NOT work on bosses. This instant kill skill working on bosses is too easily abusable. What a rogue needs to do (and also what they are already doing) is to take off all gears, and devoid dungeon bosses until the boss dies. Even if devoid fails, they just need to come back again and again until it procs. This skill is unfair as, in a difficult dungeon like Purgatory (Nightmare) or Spernal Ruin, any eidolon rogue can do the dungeon without any pots / orbs / blessed stones and with zero soul / gears; while big cashers of other classes and strong knights/rangers/priests (classes supposed to be better than rogue at soloing dungeons) still cannot do the dungeon without burning through tons of consumables. Rogues are already the god of 1v1 pvp, and now they even get the skill that allows them to go through any dungeon, regardless of difficulty and the toon's development? Is that even fair for other classes?

Considering there's a restriction on the skill so that you have to have less than 30% HP to even use devoid, yes, lets make it useless in dungeons, so that a skill we rogues had to rebirth twice to even get to use, is even more useless than it is in most of the game, as if your HP is under 30%, 99% of the time you're going to be dead before you can use it in pvp, can't use it in ladder because of ladder regen unless you die, have orbs off, and are in range of a mob and quick on the hotkeys... so you can't really use it in pvp, or ladder, what's left....dungeons. So yes, let rogues lose more use from an already limited use skill. /end sarcasm. The one and only Krysia from Sea of dreams (Thank god for that; one of me is too many!)
