Firstly when i recived a box from a quest it said i didn't have any mount slots open, so i got rid of a mount so i could recieve my white tiger mount only to not get anything at all. Earler today i atempted to redeem a 4xoffline exp token and it took away a token, but gave nothing back in return. I've checked my temp storage and had plenty of space for both items and got nothing. Well, when opening the "A Day In Vidalia" boxes, if you don't have a Mount Slot open, it will prevent you from opening it.
It doesn't guarantee 100% that you will get a White Tiger.

As for your 4x EXP Problem, are you sure the amount of 4x Offline Tokens required was the same amount?
It won't take it otherwise, and did you see on the right side an amount of EXP obtained?

yes, i'm sure i had 20 tokens, was offline for an hoiur, and i clicked it and it took a token, but gave nothing in return.

That one token doesn't make much of a difference, so maybe you didn't notice?

yeah thats what i was thinking, but i have run into anouther problem. I signed up for netflix and didn't recieve my crystals

This statement.. you only get exp from offline tokens, so I'm not sure what you were looking in your storage for.
