  • I cannot enter on my account..

    I want to fill-up the support ticket to report the bugs that my account encounter when I about to log-in last March 15, 2013, around 1:00 P.M. Phil. time but it says "No Character on this server" so I used portion here to send my message to Wartunes management. I play on S90, mage character lvl 47. After the Guild battle I restart my PC because of to much lag, after that everytime by browser load it stack at "Loading[setting] 7/16 " with 1% status. I try to transfer to other computer with different Internet connection but the same problem occurs. I try to use my other account with different e-mail and I can use it. Today, i try to open it again but the same problem occurs. What shall I do, hope u can help me so that I could still enjoy playing my Character on S90.... Thank you so much..


    P.S.
    What shall I do to the support ticket which display that "there is no active character on this server"? Their is no option for character choices.... Thank you once again...

    Use R26717765 as your account name in the ticket field. You'll see you character in the Character Name drop down menu.

      I'm having the same problem, cannot find anything around to help fix it. s101 no character exists when opening a ticket.
