System character deletion

Um i have a problem that i think might be a bug i just logged on to see that i had to create a new character because my character SUPPOSEDLY got deleted i had just logged on 2 days ago and they was still there but today i logged in to find that they was gone a LVL 53 knight with full savage set extreme angel wings and 2nd lieutenants insignia with also the mahout outfit also an alt named vipa12 thats lvl 24
