HELP! Bug report in both AFK Mode and making a new Ticket!

My name is MidnightDawn, and I'm on server Blackrock Gorge.
When ever I go into AFK mode over a minute, protection is supposed to 'happen'. It doesn't. No matter how much time I have spent in AFK mode. So I tried to make a new ticket to get the problem addressed. I filled in all the spots correctly, but when it showed the spot 'character', I couldn't choose anything. There were no options. And you can't make a new ticket with that spot not filled. And you know how you get a hour of AFK time free if you stay in a hour or whatever? I usually use that time, not the item to get more AFK time. Do you have to use the item to get protection? plz help me!

In order for AFK Protection Mode to activate, you must be in Peace Mode.

On the top-left corner of your screen where your character icon is, you'll notice something that say one of the following:

Peace
Evil
Party
Guild
Justice

When you click on one of the following, that list will pop up. You can usually only switch when out of battle but some exceptions apply.
Make sure you are in Peace Mode in order for AFK Protection Mode to activate.

Oh! I didn't know about that. I'm usually in Guild Mode. Thanks a ton for your help!!!!
