Stuck in quest (The Demonic Dead, optional)- key point killed?

Yeah, so I was supposed to summon this "Glorified Warrior." 'cept, some really strong player in AFK mode killed off the "Glorified Warrior" and therefore I receive no credit for doing anything at all~ and the Priest's soul I used to summon this "Glorified Warrior" got used up when I summoned it... can anyone help and give me a new Priest's Soul or something?

If you go into the quest menu and abandon the quest and then re-accept from the npc it should give you a new one.
