[Perfect] Auguric Sword X_Bloodlust skill bugged

Hi,
I would like to post this ticket to report a bug related to the [Perfect] Auguric Sword X (last level).
I noticed that the Bloodlust skill is bugged for this last upgrade: on previous upgrade ([Perfect] Auguric Sword IX) it sayd: "When you attack, 12% chance to consume traget's HP equivalent to 8% of your Max HP." and now once maxed it says : "When you attack, 12% chance to consume traget's HP equivalent to 5% of your Max HP."
As you can notice, the % of Max HP dropped from 8% to 5%! is that normal?!
