How to changed name position guild?

Hi! I create a guild and they give me position 4 show guild master, assistant guild master, officer and class head . i see many another guild have many name position different it. i try changed name in position but they say "you can't do that". how i can changed position guild? anyone know please reply for me!

Try changing the Guild master and the assistant guild master might work~

If it's the very first time of that guild you're trying to change the name of ranks, you have to change all names of all ranks at once. After that you can individually change the names of ranks without having to change every one of them.
