Pet equipment issue

I dont really understand about this new pet equipment system. Yesterday I found pet equipments, then I enchant them and it goes to +3, then today when I look at my pet the equipments become like this >>
When I unequipped them, it cant be enchant. Is it bug or what? Please fix it. Thank you.

It is a bug - and has been addressed already - and will be fixed for the next maintenance.
