auto heal not working. please help thanks!

steps i had done.

1. bought 4x health orb already but still not working.
2. reconnect.
3. log-out and wait 1hr. connect again.
4. ask help in forum. XD

does the HP bar look dimmed or bright-red? If dimmed/dark red you need to turn the orbs on: bottomright of your screen is a little button that says "system", click it and then Check "auto-heal when health gets below 50%"
