        Is our damn problem going to be solved or not? I don't want to wait anymore. Why didn't you guys just do the regular server maintenance instead of canceling it?

          Why don't everyone take a freaking chill pill about this already? Last time, they got it as fixed as soon as possible, which is what they said they were doing here. Last time, it was up by the end of crypt. So why don't y'all just freaking wait and see? These complaints about it not being up are annoying. THEY ARE WORKING ON IT.

            Probably not, the r2 CS team never gave the kong servers the time of day in the first place. I've had a ticket for failure to receive crystals for 3 days now and r2 probably deleted the ticket by now. If they actually cared about us, they'd put someone in charge of the kong servers at all times, not just during maintenance or when someone cries about something. Meh.

            I guess 24 hours isn't long enough for you.

              It's only been 21, actually...and the freaking tech team has some freaking hours, too...and if I recall correctly...they're not even in the US...so they're hours aren't on Server time to begin with.

                Dear R2,
                Hi this is IronSight from server 5 on kongregate. I would like to ask if you could please get our servers back up and running before server reset tonight. I ask this because I have never missed activating Seig 2 xp since the server started. That means for 6-7months straight I've activated it everyday without fail, late a few times but no misses. Don't make me lose my record ty.

                  IronSight...if you check right now, it's no long doing that, just on the "Connecting to Server" window...which means it's being worked on and should be up soon.

                      I just asked for an update. They are working on the issue but they never give an eta, so hopefully it won't be too much longer.

                          The issue of of not being able to login for almost a full day is frustrating and inconvenient, to say the least. Shame on R2GAMES for their lack of Customer Relations to provide the Kongregate community any information regarding the problem.

                          Yeah, I’ve bought Crystal 3 times and each transaction turned into problem ticket. 1st ticket was resolved after making me contact kong. 2nd ticket has been open and unresolved since March 16 avoiding my requests for a status update. 3rd ticket has been open and unresolved since March 31 again avoiding all my requests for a status update.
                          I'm not posting this because MemoryLane offered to look into your problem...the Kongregate team is dealing with it directly. I'm just pointing out another Customer Service fail on R2's part that they seriously need to re-evaluate.
