Still no crystals received

I just bought 10$ worth of Crystal by using UGC ! Still no crystal received
MOD's please fix the problem in getting the crystal that i buy !!

same happened to me file a ticket.when I tried filing a ticket it wouldnt allow me so I had to delete the message for it to work.my crystal took 3 days to come I brought the same amount aswell.you will just have to wait.
