  • VIP Problem

    I just lost my ViP in the last 20-30 mins.

    My billing date is the 2nd of each month and at 10pm so it disappearing on the 5th at around 10:40pm makes me think this is some kind of bug.

    Did you participate in the VIP lottery event? That would have added days to the end of your VIP cycle. Sometimes this can interrupt the cycle. If you don't have VIP after reset, and you were not charged for VIP already, cancel the VIP and sign up for it again to put the cycle back on track.

    If you were charged for VIP already, send in a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com and ask for your VIP to be activated on the account. I will also suggest you cancel the VIP after a manual application, as I have personally had issues with it auto renewing due to the end date no longer matching the renew date.

    If you didn't participate in the VIP lottery event and weren't charged for VIP yet, you'll still need to send in a ticket for it to be looked at.

      I did participate on the last day and I'm not sure if I've been charged yet, it just says my status is for the 2nd of next month for the next charge. It sucks because I lost out on several dungeon runs because of this. I did file a ticket but was quicker to post here first while I was running dungeons and I filed shortly after.

      I thought the lotto event may have had something to do with it, but it disappearing at a time not consistent with when the normal renewal time is what threw me off.

        If you don't get a response from your ticket after a reasonable amount of time, post the number and I'll see what can be done to move things along.
