just now im the first one to got in the lvl 15 but its bug i didnt receive any pack only the participation pack and there is no boss spawned. PrinceRalph Belas Chasm here please help

As replied, you have to click the NPC and claim your reward. The same goes through with the boss. It does not show up until enough players have entered the room. Should you find it bugged, please take a screenshot of the map, NPC and any other details that will prove it bugged. In this regard, we will also inform our tech team to check on it.Comment
