loading problems

Ok ever since your server went down a few weeks ago I have been having problems loading the game. I get to the character load screen then its gets stuck at 90+% as kps drops to 0. I have tried to reload game and I get the same results 4 out of 5 times. On the 5 try it will load the game then if I go to a different area in the game either through transpot or by walking i get the data load screen. Im running ie through att sbcglobal. It also does the same thing running firefox. Also have emptied cache. What to do for fix????

Also having problems, specially this last week, today I barely can log on, and if I do, when I switch maps I often get stuck loading. And no, clearing cache etc doesnt fix it. Its getting worst by the day. Tryed, IE, chrome and firefox. All have the same problem.
