Is there any way i can get my account back? Gamemaster Please look

Since the glitch that happened yesterday and all the Crystal was free, my account was deleted.
People in-game told me it was because I was gifted items, but it seems extreme to have my account revoked, because I didn't use the glitch; I did not cash.
Is there any way I can get my account back?
Also, it is very unfair that some people do not get their accounts deleted who got their ridiculous amount of items through buying from people
selling around 10,000 Ethereal wings 1 copper each.

Create another character, preferably on a different server, for the purpose of sending in a ticket. Just be sure to include the deleted character's info in the message part.

well if you didn't abuse it, you were sure facilitating it by constantly opening a shop with FL eggs EW etc etc etc which you got from the bug or people abusing it.
These matters with players are currently under investigation and will not be further discussed.
