No skill animation for Scion Priest skill - Heavenly Protection?

Hi GM, why is there no skill animation for Scion Priest skill Heavenly Protection? Is it a bug?

Kinda sucks when you train and level so hard to get to scion and there's no skill animation for it! Please include an awesome animation for the skill! Thanks!
