i used my husbands card 4x yesterday and it went fine, i tried to enter MY account info back in and got delined, then his info gets declined too?

yeah, this is a real issue. I have a cc with NO LIMIT. that means I can charge whatever, whenever, however I want yet your system accepts it to reactivate my vip for a few months then all of a sudden YOUR system declines my card. I call my cc company and they tell me the same thing "Mrs. Symons, you still have no limit and we have no reason to decline your card. This is on their end. their machine is declining it not us." youre losing money because of this guys! I finally got sick of dealing with your support group and don't even bother trying anymore unless I get out and buy a prepaid game card which is less convenient, therefore I don't do it as much. so, in short while you could be charging my LIMITLESS credit card every month and getting at least the $7.99 off of me every month, you are now only getting the $7.99 every other month? im not even going to go into the crystal I would purchase extra. not only are you losing out on the $7.99 you are missing out on the extra crystal I would purchase that I now cant purchase on my LIMITLESS credit card that YOUR company turns down. Thank you for your time. If you ask me to send a ticket...forget it unless you are actually willing to do something about this other than ask me to go out of my way to give you money. I swear its like I have to beg you guys to take my money from me...*** is that?
