They are not "down" per say, just a handful of people cannot login (most can), and the pertaining issue is being investigated.

It is an isolated case. I'm the only one of the mod team having this issue. None of the GMs are having this issue. That means, it's due to the connection between us and the server. If you do a tracert, you're probably going to time out at the Washington1 exchange. This exchange has been faulty for the last few weeks.

mysticphire- if it is in the realm of things R2 can fix, I assure you they will fix it. However, I don't think it is.

I've been told using hotspotshield or a proxy helps, though.
