ay ,This problom almost got me quit CS xD
that's when i heard the advice of a friend to go check the adobe flash player ... which was the core of the problom ,The version i had was v.11 so i tryed to remov the adobe flash plugin v.11 and install v.10
that's after i cleared brwosing cache and cookies ~~~ thankfully it laoded the intro and the whole game , well it worked for me , hope it works for you too ^_^
