Purchasing Crystals

i purchase Crystal using paypal, but it didnt appear, i did it 3-4 times it appears nothing, but when i saw my paypal account it charges me for 3 times, and still the crystal is not in my account yet, paypal charged me for $42.81 CAD x 3 and i dont get any single crystal! please fix this my ingame name is Keicy, server Exenden Realm

please file a ticket with those receipts and they should be able to take care of that for you if your crystals still haven't shown up yet
