Just because they don't cater to your every whim doesn't mean they don't care about you, you are one in over half a million people, don't be so selfish. There is not a lot they can do about a glitch, they do what they can when they can. They also run several other games and with a limited amount of workers and only human abilities can not fix every single problem on every single game. Chill and wait, it was 1 IOB, not a big deal.

its not a glitch its your slow / lag connection this can happen in any zone and you would have to relog, but if it happens in iob and you relog, to my knowledge it kicks you out.
