Level system fail

Nobody can level up, the new events aren't showing up either. The whole level 130 thing is a sham, and the event details aren't posted in the event tab. R2, come on, whats going on.

S1-3 are bugged, we don't have any new content, no maps, no skills, no quests being complete, no anything. No dungeon. All other servers as far as I know have the updates all fine and dandy

I think it is less people are trying to call you liars, and more they think you just missed the quest or something. After all every one of these posts about S1-S3 being messed up seems to start with "We can't level!", which is exactly what you would expect from someone who hasn't found that quest yet.
