Can't enter Avernal Realm

WTH is happened? R2 said we as lv 121+ can run all event this week but we can't?!??!!??! I didn't recover my other acc yet and just got my crystal, but no 1st time recharge pack and now last week error happened again.... What's wrong with u R2???

well, not everybody in the world can have a brain. sadly for us its the ppl that are supposed to be running the show and cant do their job properly.
