    Just now i purchase VIP , But where it ?????? zzzz waste my money . help me fast

    i recharge use mol point just now . Why dont have VIP ? help me fast i need it .

    i recharge 500 crystal too where my crystal ?? *** ! cheating me ?? Now No VIP and NO crystal !! How now waste my money !

      I AM W/ YOU , BRO. i think is website is ♥♥♥♥ scamming us. i haven't receive any VIP benefit. i've been fighting them since last week , i provided all information for them and they still don't believe me. i'm start thinking the website should report to BBB for fraud activities. i will do it i dont get my benefit that i purchased for 2 months. i bought through ULTIMATE GAME CARD ($20.00). for those whose have same problem like US please reply here . go briefly about your situation. i hope im wrong, but SO FAR IM NOT. hehehehe

        anzo101, you're going to need to request assistance from UGC regarding your Crystal purchase. Then you will have to file a ticket with R2 Games regarding your UGC Transaction.
        However, if you wish to proceed with filing a report to the BBB, then the Moderators, GMs and Admins will no longer be able to assist you from that point on.
