seng, ad, and stuck at loadng

my alt was kick out in seng once I enter. I have an ad like a banner on the site. Plus I'm stuck at loading.Some help with how I can remove ad?

Well, seeing you have 3 problems at once, and 2 are usually temporary, I'll just fix the ad problem.
