this has been an pain in tha ... since forever. its about time it gets fixed. as u can see there is nobody around me at all yet im told area too crowded. so i move closer to the vault, other npcs and players and its not too crowded there? erm ok wtv... this is messingthings up for lots of players that want to make a shop but cant, i know im not the only one. im starting to think that if somebody is in the same general area as you, but on L1 then it will say area too crowded even if youre on a different instance.
