menu select activates quick bar part 2

i posted this bug before now its become a bigger bug.
ironically i also posted a suggestion to fix this but the two have combined to form a bug

so when you open the quartermaster window you get a huge list of things.
when you select one and it happens to be over a quick item bar it activates the quick item bar
normally this is not a problem

then new bug is now it activates the quick item bar but not the menu select that i wanted
in this example i want to activate "not the boss of me" but when i click it it only activates the quick bar under it
and not the activity so i can never accept the quest.

if the menu bar was movable, i suggested that before, then i could move the menu up and away from the quick bar.

As you can see also, i cant even see all the quartermasters full list. small laptop screen
i have tried zoom and full screen but that doesn't work.

please consider a fix for this bug. thanks

We'll make certain the Quartermaster menu, who holds most, if not all weekly activities and promotions, will not be hovering over the action bar in the future. Appreciate the report.
