cant access free crystals icon because its not diplayed on screen whys that?

If you're unable to display the Free Crystal button in-game, you may still access the available offers through the R2 Store. Simply click the Offers tab and select one of the banners (TokenAds, SponsorPay, etc).

and note that most of them dont work, you will have to email the provider of the offer (example sponsorpay) after the waiting period, which is anywhere from 10 mins to 12 hours... then you need to provide screenshots to prove you completed the offer, then u need to wait up to 3 days for them to respond, and another couple days to get your crystals. sometimes you only get half your crystals and need to email them again, and wait another 3 days.
