Pet Gear Bug

I only equip OS pet gear, and enchant them to at least +6 before I put them on my pet. I can see the quality type and enchantment on the pet gear as long as I have not restarted Crystal Saga. Once I restart/refresh CS, the quality type disappears, the enchantments disappear, the base stats fall down to almost poor quality and I cannot enchant it anymore. What could be the problem?
