IoB Pack Bug

Hi,
In IoB lots of us found that we didn't get are packs it was with the purple packs we got the first one but the last two just disappeared. Many of us need the stuff so it is really annoying.

IoB was bugged today on S35 zone A should have gotten 3 purple rain packs and only received one
on my screen the timer disappeared after receiving the 1st purple pack please fix this issue
and please send those who are missing the 2 purple rain packs their packs please
