Quest Item Broken

I cannot remove these from my backpack.
I completed the quest but i had full inventory, so the quest items went into my temp storage.

After completing and handing in the quest, i grabbed the extra ones out of my Temp Storage and was unable to remove them from my inventory.

I cannot remember the quest name, but it was in the low level area.
