Failed to connect to server and error 404

on my alt here saying when i'm trying to connect to hellstorm it says failed to connect to server T_T and when i try to join some events i get error 404 R2 whoever is in charge please reply >.>

I can pick character and such then game won't load and I can play. Figures... I have crystals on this one.

same here....been more than a week....tried all sorts of things and now am playing another game instead but I keep checking to see if this one is fixed. I can play it on a friend's teeny netbook but not my 11 month old laptop!
