Goddess Self Buff Bug

When purchasing buff from others, the old buff get replaced with no problems at all. If I try to use my self buff while another buff is active, the charm cost is eaten up but the self buff does not become active. Furthermore, I have to wait 3 hours before I can attempt to try and activate the self buff.
