Ok here is the deal. I have submitted two tickets and have tried multiple guides but I can not get the quest back for the Monster Handbook. Every time I submit a ticket they tell me to use the guides to do the quest. I CANT DO THE QUEST! 
I can not even get it. 40 plat in my bags and still nothing. I even have the first two rows maxed out. Why is it so hard to put the quest ingame or even just give it to a player on a certain tune. I am almost to the point where they can just reset the whole darn thing. Anyone else having this issue?
