problem with exp

ok so ive got 2 parties afk grinding for exp to get my lil guys up to speed. both low level characters are lvl 38, with vip and 3x token going, fighting the exact same monster in the same place. problem is that they are both getting different amounts of exp. parties are on different instances. can someone explain why my rogue alt isnt getting as much exp as much as my mage?

i dont know why it would make any difference, but the higher the lvl of the player doing all the killing means less exp for the alt in the party.

I think its cause in the top image you have someone near you thus halving the amount of xp given where as in the other one you don't?

^^ this... when you have another character grinding in the same party as you the exp gets affected based on the lvl of that character... this is to prevent mass speed lvling alts to get free g muts constantly
