im stuck loading in cragstone. what is happening?

anyone who knows how to fix this loading? i got stock on 93%. now i cant open characters of mine because of that.

i tried clearing my browser's cookies and plug-in data, still not working.
please, help.

umm , i had this same kind of problem with different locations ...the only solution which worked for me was reinstalling the flash plugin after clearing cache .
