Character does not appear after loading character list.

this morning shortly ago I was playing, stepped out of the room, when I came back I get the user authorization error. Once I have attempted to relog 4-5 times now and my character is not appearing in the list at all. this server has been open for 26 days is it, and I've spent close to 500$. What the problem is? Where is my character, can you fix it?
