That's the same thing that happened to my friend, (S1)PriestPower. He can't find a way to get out of seng, no NPCs aswell.

GUYS listen before entering seng PLS DO BUY TOWN PORTAL SCROLL UNBOUND FRM NPC (MISC) if u get stuck use them .........................bound ones frm vouchers WONT WORK!! PLS DO BUY THEM BEFORE ENTERING THE SENG ................ mods pls do sticky this till the next maint

ask some of ur friends to trade u an unbound town portal scroll which can be bought by misc seller npc ........ans ask him/her to trade it to u inside seng .... thats the only sollution right now unless u would like to wait in for a few days

I just got stuck in second seng so now I have to wait 20 HOURS till i can leave that is RIDICULOUS no it should not have happened and why the hell don't bound scrolls work I have 76 of them why would i ever BUY unbound ones?!
What do you plan to do about this I want a solution and I want it fast.
