Ok to start of with a person refered me to this place and anyway the thing is I have no other buffs other than battle hym. I am not a VIP and I killed a bear and I earned 202 EXP but 2% of 200 is 4 right so 200+4=204 but I received 202 instead?

Also, in doing so, make certain you are pressing the Use Title Bonus button in order to receive the bonus from this particular title.

Ok I did put the use Title bonus stuff and I killed a StormChaster and received 232 but 2% of 230 is 4.6 so shouldn't I earn 224 or round up to 5 so 235??

Have tested this a bit further and appears to be working as intended. Check the below experience rates (Normal - Using Title Bonus):

115 EXP - 117 EXP
414 EXP - 422 EXP
170 EXP - 173 EXP
195 EXP - 199 EXP

The mobs give 115 exp base.
+ 115 (100% VIP/Exp Token/Super Buff)
+ 2.3 (2% Exp Title - based on the 115 Exp!)

So yea, you gain 115+115+2.3 = 232 Exp.

That was the first thing I thought of and asked him, but he claimed that he is not VIP and had no other kind of exp boost on him except for that title.

But when I killed the bear it gave me 202 exp instead (200 exp - 202 exp) in Kaspaya Beach.

Still the same deal.

100 Exp Base
+ 100 Exp from super buff / Guild Exp / Exp token whatever u had at that time. probably the super buff without realizing.
+ 2% of 100 exp.

That's 202 exp.

There is just one problem you see. Since the amount of EXP you gain jusdges from your level and I am levfel 36 killed a goblin chieftan and recieved 21 EXP so I probably earn less EXP when killing that bear.

As I mentioned before, you are going to need to provide screenshots of experienced gained from both when using the title bonus and NOT use the title bonus.
