Don't get warrior call reward

Today i reached lvl 100, but didn't receive my PUC and wisdom from NPC in [Activity] Warrior’s Call. Now that NPC saying me that i already got reward.
Any solutions?
I could give any additional information if needed.

I think you can only claim 1 reward per event... Not one per day.

Did you claim the level 90 reward already?

The event will only allow you to claim ONE level reward. So if you already claimed the level 90 rewards then you are not able to claim the level 100 rewards.
