Leveler pack bug

I just reached lvl 25 and i received 1 leveler pack ,i opened it but i did not get anything and the giftbox no longer exist in my inventory

Check your bottom right window to see which item you got, you might have the same type of item in your inventory already, so the newly received item just ended up in the same stack

i just opened shield cache chest and get nothing == , this is very annoying
