Fragarach Sword Perfect X and up less better than Perfect IX

Let's compare:

Perfect Sword IX Bloodlust Passive skill 9:

12% chance to consume target's HP equals to 8% of your max HP.

Perfect Sword X or Auguric Sword Bloodlust Passive skill 19:

12% chance to consume target's HP equals to 5% of your max HP.

from 8%, down to 5% after upgrading???

Another thing with Perfect X sword, Zealot's Shield says Immune to ALL effects, but you can only be immune to knockback or push.

Any explanations??

No idea of the leeching skills. As for the the Zealot Shield the description is incorrect it should be; "Immune to all displace skills" and still even if you'd get less leech from X compared to IX the X will provide +20% attack - and casting speed passive.

youre comparing skills of two weapons for different classes im assuming. knight sword does less dmg based on their hp because they have tremendous amounts of hp. rogue and other classes do a higher % because they have like half the hp of knights. case closed.
