Missing crystals

I bought 5 UGC cards today and only got credit for 4 of them, I have sent 3 tickets and each time I try to input the ticket number to check the status it says invalid login. I have all 5 cards on hand if the codes for them are needed. I have went over each card numerous times and it tells me card has already been redeemed.
