Cannot Enter Game

For some reason, I haven't been able to enter the game since yesterday night. I'm not sure what is happening but I have never had issues like this before. It wont even load at all, not even 1%.

Can anyone give me some advice?

Have you tried to usual culprits? (I.e. clearing your cache and history, restarting your device/modem/router, and testing different browsers)
