isnt that a violation of somebodys right to privacy unless they are pretending to be another person completely, or casuing problems? i think you should stop calling out names and give people the privacy theyre entitled to. mods and gms can see ip and they know who is who, they dont need to broadcast it to the general population. if the player is causing any problems then obviously deal wit hit accordingly. theres many reasons that players use multiple accounts to post on forum, none of which are anybodys business but their own.

as long as that alt belong to me. then i didn't brake any rule, but the video am talking about of someone admiting hes piloting a character that was not his in the first place.
