Still haven't received the prize for the quiz (Warriors Trial)?

Hello,
I have waited for more than 2 hours for my prize for completing the quiz. I had score 15/25 as was meant to get a reward but I didn't. Is there a certain time people receive these prizes or something. I still new so I'm a bit confused with all this.

Rewards are given immediately after the Quiz is over.
15/25 should have given you the rewards below. Check to see if you can find them in your bag or vault in case you stored them.

Either your inventory was full that time and its transfer to your temporary box or else u might be suffering a huge lag that would in turn defect the rewards and u couldn't receive it try clearing your cache history etc in order to have a smoother game play and the rewards might be successfully transfer to you

I don't think I received it so I don't think its in the vault, I checked it just in case but it wasn't in there. I also tried clearing my cache but that didn't seem to help either. I've also checked the temp storage. Is there just something wrong with my computer?

You can file a ticket here: support.r2games.com and see what they say. Otherwise, I would say that you can watch for the problem again, and take a screenshot of your quiz finishing window along with the tracker in the bottom right corner. If you receive your prize it will show in that window.

I also didn't get my reward, I've got 11 correct answers, but after the end of the quiz nothing appeared in the log, my inventory, vault or temp storage I was at the Silver Hollow server.
