Redemption Bug

Well, I have being trying out redemption since i have learned of it.

Bug: Level 75-80 Undying Phoenix Redemption does not exist.

How is it Produced: I opened up the redemption scroll. When the Undying-Phoenix quest comes out, I go to monsters level 80 to get the book for summoning the phoenix but none appears. I have tried killing monsters level 77 for over 3 hours and yet, didn't get the summoning book at all. It already happened more than 5 times already but i do not have an explanation how i do not get the book myself.

Are you sure that there is no other redemption book in your inventoty? I remember there is a minor bug with a certain redemption range (forgot which lvl) that allows you to keep the book after turning in the quest, which prevents you from getting a new book as long as the old book is still in inventory.

Did you check if the book was in the inventory?

I'm just asking because if you're using the quest tracker to determine if you have it, sometimes it won't update. I had that issue back in the level 70's where the tracker just wouldn't say that I already received the damn item from the mobs.

Yes, I am sure there wasn't even ONE book...i checked more than 10 times...even emptied out my inventory and nothing.

Edit: on various days i was hunting them and never received it. Like i said above, i have always checked if there was a book in my inventory.

You only tried killing 1 kind of monster or you've tried all kind of monster from 75-80 ? Some monsters don't seem to drop the book, even in some lower levels, this was a problem.

Another Redemption Bug I've encountered.. the level 65 - 69 redemption requires these level mobs, but in twilight caverns 2 and above if you kill a ghost chaser or an undead hunter you do not get the Book for the redemption.

This happened to me too once, but it was on killing a Lich boss, and location was Tinosia, I went there and killed some Earth Elementals but never got the book. I tried killing Charmvines after, and still didn't get it. However, when I killed a Mutant Pine, a book for the boss was obtained. It was quite strange.
